The European Wind Ensemble, Inc. (EWE), Chesterfield County, Virginia, is a vibrant nonprofit concert band dedicated to the rich musical traditions of the Old World.  

Our ensemble features a full range of woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments, creating a powerful and authentic sound.

Journey through Europe with our repertoire of spirited waltzes, lively polkas, and majestic marches.  

While we specialize in the folk traditions of Germany, Austria, Czechia, and Poland, we also bring 20th-century "standards" to life with unique wind arrangements.
